Joseph Rudorfer is the founder and managing attorney of Rudorfer Injury Law. For more than five decades, Joseph has represented individuals and families in serious personal injury, insurance coverage, and civil litigation matters. Known for his strategic approach, trial experience, and deep understanding of the insurance industry, Joseph has built his career on providing personalized representation and fighting for clients facing life-changing injuries and complex legal disputes.
Before becoming an attorney, Joseph began his professional career as an insurance claims adjuster and completed the Allstate Claims Training Program. His firsthand understanding of how insurance companies evaluate, defend, and resolve claims continues to provide a meaningful advantage for his clients today. Joseph earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School and is admitted to practice in the courts of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He has served as an arbitrator for the Los Angeles Superior Court and the American Arbitration Association. He is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Sara Rudorfer is an attorney at Rudorfer Injury Law, where she works alongside her father and continues the firm's tradition of personal, attorney-led representation. Sara focuses her practice on personal injury, insurance disputes, and civil litigation. She is known for being responsive, aggressive in advocacy, and committed to ensuring every client receives direct access to their attorney throughout the life of the case.
Sara earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School and her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is admitted to practice law in California and is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
